Meet Toby!

Adoptable - Mr. Toby is currently looking for his happily ever after!

Thank you to Stephanie for volunteering your time & talents to showcase our pups! 💜

Meet toby!

Toby is neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and is on a monthly dose of Simparica Trio that protects against heartworm disease, flea & ticks, roundworms & hookworms. His adoption fee is $275

Age: Estimated to be 3 years old

Weight: 35 - 40 lbs. The perfect lap dog!

Location: Janesville, WI area. Toby has been hanging out with us at the sanctuary while he waits for his new best friend!

Activity Level: Medium. The perfect mix between playful and snuggly. He walks great on leash and loves to run in the backyard but is also the perfect buddy and is sure to steal your spot on the couch.

Likes: Toby is dog friendly and would love to find a home with another energetic pup to play with! He is great with people and would do well with dog savvy kiddos. He hasn’t been fully cat tested but sees our outdoor kitty and doesn’t seem to be interested. Because of this we feel, with proper space and intros, he could coexist in a home with a feline friend.

Potty Trained: Yes - Some dogs may have accidents while adjusting to their new environment and routine.

Crate Trained: Yes. Although he sleeps in his crate at night and does really well, finding a home with a soft comfy bed to sleep in would be even better!

His Favorites: Car rides, He loves laying in the grass with new Benebone, Mumbies, or frozen Kong. Unless he is monitored very closely, stuffed toys are a no for him because he sees them as a yummy snack instead of a fun enrichment activity. The same goes for ChuckIt and tennis balls. He spent time time with our friends at Central Bark Sussex Doggy Daycare and loved it!
