• SPACES ARE LIMITED: I understand that this application does not secure your participation in Paw Fest at the Lakefront. Vendor spaces are confirmed once application is approved and payment is received. Applications must be completed by August 15th, 2025, but please submit the completed form as soon as possible. • I understand that registration includes a (10x10 or 10x20 based on selected level) space for your vendor booth and that I will need to provide my own tent, table, chairs, etc. A required tent weight barrel will be provided for me, (included in the cost), but I may bring additional weights if I choose. (*We are told the area can be pretty windy from years past) *

• I understand that I will need to submit an updated Certificate of Insurance listing "Winston's Wishes" as an insured if accepted as a participant of Paw Fest at the Lakefront. This is due no later than August 15th, 2025 or your reserved spot will be released. *

• I understand that ALL vendors and sponsors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event and not begin packing up until after 3pm. Additionally, I understand that ALL vendors and sponsors are to clean up their spots at the end of the event and not leave any garbage or debris behind. If vendors and sponsors begin packing up, leave early, or do not clean their spot after and leave garbage, they will not be invited back to any future Winston's Wishes events. *

• I understand that all vendors/organizations who intend to bring their personal pups/pups in general to be at their booth will ensure that they are not on a retractable leash or utilizing aversive training collars (shock, prong, choke, etc.), they are well-mannered, & that they are ok in the stressful environment. We are a force-free, positive reinforcement rescue organization. With this being a fundraiser for our organization, we kindly ask that you respect our request. Thank you for understanding 💜 *

• I understand that Winston's Wishes requests that I go to the main Facebook Event for Paw Fest at the Lakefront (which can be found on the Winston's Wishes Facebook Page under "Events"), and add that specific event to your business page instead of creating a new one (if you need help doing this, please reach out and we'd be happy to help walk you through the steps). From our experience, this allows all of the attendees to have one central location with the most up to date information, allows us to easily communicate and share sponsors/info, and also helps us gauge attendance. This becomes difficult when there are multiple events created by vendors, as well as tagging the incorrect event. *

• I understand that Vendors cannot sell licensed merchandise without written consent from the licensee (ex: team logos, phrases, etc. that are trademarked). Winston’s Wishes, or any businesses involved in Paw Fest at the Lakefront, are not responsible if you are asked to leave due to selling licensed products without consent, or any fines/legal issues you may be subject to if you do not abide by this request. *

• I understand that Paw Fest at the Lakefront is a fun, positive environment for dog lovers. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespectful or rude behavior. Whether that is from vendors (or vendor’s party) to volunteers/ attendees or volunteers/attendees to vendors. If this behavior occurs, the vendor or volunteer will be asked to leave and will not be a part of any future Winston’s Wishes events. Please be respectful and courteous to all, helping to make this event as wonderful as possible. *
