PAW FEST AT THE LAKEFRONT | PRE-APPLICATION

Are you interested in your local business joining the newest event for Wisconsin dog lovers, while supporting our mission to help local Milwaukee pups in need? Paw Fest at the Lakefront, Presented by Yutka Fence, is sure to be an incredible time at Henry Maier Festival Park on Saturday, September 20th from 10am - 3pm!

Please fill out the entire pre-application below. A Winston’s Wishes volunteer will then be in touch with you as soon as they are available. We are still working out the sponsorship level and costs. If accepted (approval based on multiple factors including business type and items being sold to avoid too many similar business), we will directly email you the final application to submit and, after that is completed, we will then send an invoice for the Sponsor/Vendor Donation Fee to ensure a secure process. If you prefer to mail a check, please let us know at that point. Spots are not secured until the donation is received. We will reach out if we have any questions in the meantime. *We are currently building out the Sponsorship Levels. The rates will be higher than Doggy Day due to the items required to have vendors on-site. *This does not guarentee your participation in Paw Fest at the Lakefront and is only for us to know your interest. *Please select "Entry Level" if you are looking to simply have a booth and please select "Higher Level" if you are interested in becoming a higher level sponsor. *Certain categories are capped to avoid saturation of similar products (Ex: Dog Accessories, Dog Treats, etc) *We will have a limited number of local rescue spots available at the Non-Profit Level. We will only be approving local rescue/shelter organizations who are an active transfer partner of MADACC-Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission. Thank you for understanding.

• Spaces are limited. Sponsorships are confirmed once accepted and payment is received. This is not a confirmation of your spot at Paw Fest at the Lakefront and simply to gauge interest.

I understand that I will need to submit an updated Certificate of Insurance listing "Winston's Wishes" as an insured if accepted as a participant of Paw Fest at the Lakefront.

ALL vendors and sponsors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event and not begin packing up until after 3pm. If vendors and sponsors leave early, they will not be invited back to any future Winston's Wishes events.

• Paw Fest at the Lakefront is a fun, positive environment for dog lovers. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespectful or rude behavior. Whether that is from vendors (or vendor’s party) to volunteers/ attendees or volunteers/attendees to vendors. If this behavior occurs, the vendor or volunteer will be asked to leave and will not be a part of any future Winston’s Wishes events. Please be respectful and courteous to all, helping us to keep this event as wonderful as it has been.
