MEET jack!
Jack is neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and takes a monthly dose of Simparica Trio that protects against heartworm disease, flea & ticks, roundworms & hookworms. His adoption fee is $275
Age: 9 years young
Weight: Around 55 lbs
Location: Janesville, WI area. Jack has been hanging out with us at the sanctuary while he waits for his new best friend!
Activity Level: Active Senior. Despite being a senior, he still has plenty of energy and love to share wit his new family
Likes: Jack absolutely loves to run and would play ball all day if we let him. He walks great on leash and would love to be your new adventure partner
Potty Trained: Yes
Crate Trained: No. We’ve tried him in a crate and he was extremely stressed but does so well outside of a crate. He would love to be able to roam free in his new home
His Favorites: Running outside with his ChuckIt ball, Benebones and other enrichment activities. He loves stuffed toys but shouldn’t be left unattended as he will shred and try to eat them.
Ideal Home: Jack would love to find an active family to take him on all of their adventures. Though he walks well with other dogs, he would prefer to be the center of attention by being the only dog. He has a bit of a prey drive so cats and smaller animals are a no for him. Homes with a fence - we’ve recently learned that he is a fence jumper so any fence should be higher than 4’
