“Wisconsin’s furriest residents are waiting to meet you at Pet Expo MKE, formerly the Great Lakes Pet Expo, on Saturday, February 3, 2024. The Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts (AWARE) is proud to present its 19th expo produced for pet lovers of all ages. This event is the only charitable event in Wisconsin of this magnitude which helps Wisconsin’s animals. All proceeds from ticket sales are returned to our community to help animals in shelters and rescues. The fun begins with VIP Shopping Hour from 9AM -10AM with general hours 10AM to 5PM. In the mood for kittens, bunnies or a Guinea pig? A few horses? Maybe a reptile, two or fifty? Whether you’re looking to interact with hundreds of species or find your new best friend in the Parade of Rescues, Pet Expo MKE offers the best in show for family entertainment and shopping! Fun for the whole family! Sorry, personal pets will not be allowed, but service dogs are always welcome!
With over 140,000 square feet of pet loving fun, the expo will showcase hundreds of exhibits featuring live animal entertainment on the Main and Activity Stages, specialized interactive educational areas and presentations. Visit the amazing vendors for the newest pet products and services available. Watch local athletes compete against canine agility stars or watch the dancing horse. Meet 100s of adoptable animals from local shelters and rescues! The Reptile Education Area is one of a kind and provides chills and thrills to those daring enough to enter and interact with snakes, spiders, lizards, and more.
Specialty Areas include: Caesar’s Cancer Resource Center, Cat Alley, Bark Park, Dogs with Jobs, Kids Place and the Small Animal Education Station. Visit the Product Showcase and Auction to see cool new vendor products and support local pets by participating in the auction.
ADMISSION - VIP Shopping admission is $15 (ages 13 & up) and $3 for kids (5-12), General Admission (ages 13 & up) is $10 from 10AM-3PM, Reduced General Expo Adult Admission is $5 from 3PM-5PM. FREE admission for children 12 and under, and veterans with military ID from 10AM-5PM.
