MEET doug!

Doug is neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and takes a monthly dose of Simparica Trio that protects against heartworm disease, flea & ticks, roundworms & hookworms and receives medicated bath to help heal previous skin issues. His adoption fee is $275.

While at MADACC he had an operation on both of his eyes to repair entropion as well as a rear leg amputation due to an old fracture, both of which haven’t affected his daily life or his sweet personality.

Age: 2 years old

Weight: Around 65 lbs

Location: Madison, WI area. Atlas is hanging out with us at the sanctuary while he waits for his new best friend!

Activity Level: Low to Medium. Doug is the cutest little tripod potato and is up for a walk around the yard or a snuggle session on the couch.

Likes: Doug walks well on leash but most of all he loves to snuggle up on the couch or hang outise with his humans.

Potty Trained: Yes

Crate Trained: Yes

His Favorites: Benebones, Woof pupsicles, and snuggles!

Ideal Home: Doug’s ideal home would be one with or without other canine friends and with a family who wants to include him in all of their activities.
