Meet Arlo!
Adoptable - Mr. Arlo is currently waiting to find his happily ever after!
Thank you to Stephanie for volunteering your time & talents to showcase our pups! 💜
MEET arlo!
Arlo is neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and takes a monthly dose of Simparica Trio that protects against heartworm disease, flea & ticks, roundworms & hookworms and a monthly Cytopoint injection to help with seasonal allergies as well as a daily dose of benadryl. His adoption fee has been sponsored by an incredible donor and member of Team Arlo
Age: 4 years old
Weight: Around 98 lbs
Location: Janesville, WI area. Arlo has been hanging out with us at the sanctuary while he waits for his new best friend!
Activity Level: Low to Medium. Arlo loves to play ball in the fenced in play area and going for long walks around the neighborhood or nature preserve, but is always down for a snuggle session on the couch with his people
Likes: Arlo is up for anything that involves being with his humans; car rides, lounging in the yard. or movie nights on the couch.
Potty Trained: Yes
Crate Trained: Yes. He has some separation anxiety so he prefers to be out with his humans but also does well in a crate.
His Favorites: As you can see he LOVES his ChuckIt ball!
Ideal Home: Arlo would love to find a family to take him on all of their adventures. Though he walks well with other dogs, he would prefer to be the center of attention by being the only animal in the home. He has some separation anxiety in new environments and takes a bit to settle in so finding a family who can be home with him most of the day would be the perfect set up though he does do well in a crate. He does great with kids especially ones 10 and above who would be able to help care for him. Though it is not a requirement, he would love to find a home with a fenced in backyard to stretch his legs!
