Are you attending doggy day at the Lakefront on Saturday, october 10th? All animals entering the grounds will need the following waiver completed to enter through security.

The waiver is digital! You may complete ahead of time and verify with a volunteer before entering doggy day at the Lakefront. You will also be able to complete the waiver on your phone on-site before entering!

You will show that screenshot prior to entering Doggy Day at the Lakefront. The volunteer will verify that we have received your waiver and you will then enter the event once confirmed! We are so excited to have you!
